As coaches, we will judge ourselves on the amount of development that takes
place in our young men from the time they show up until the time they leave.

⚾ Meet Coach Ronnie Keaton
Head Coach – Aloha High School Baseball
“The Warrior Standard”
I’m honored to lead the Aloha High School Baseball Program and to continue building a culture centered on discipline, accountability, and perseverance — the foundation of what we call The Warrior Standard.
My journey in the game began long before stepping into the dugout. I spent two years competing at the collegiate level, where I learned the importance of preparation, leadership, and the mental side of baseball. After college, I continued my playing career for three seasons in minor league ball, gaining invaluable experience facing high-level competition and understanding what it takes to perform under pressure.
Those years shaped my philosophy as a coach:
• Discipline — controlling what we can every day: effort, attitude, and focus.
• Accountability — taking ownership of our preparation and how we represent our program.
• Perseverance — competing through challenges and never backing down from the grind.
I believe in developing players not just as athletes, but as men — teaching them to compete with class, lead with integrity, and embrace the daily pursuit of excellence both on and off the field.
Every time we wear the Aloha uniform, we represent something bigger than ourselves: our school, our community, and every Warrior who came before us.
Let’s raise the standard together.
